Clients reviews about Crystal Clear Home Services Pty Ltd

II’ve been using Ian from Crystal Clear Home Services for around five years and can’t recommend him highly enough. He is always prompt, reliable and extremely efficient, and does an amazing job every time - including our very high double-volume windows, which are no easy task! Most recently, with my daughter’s wedding approaching and guests staying with us, I was desperate to have both the windows cleaned and the driveway pressure cleaned. Ian came to the rescue and did the job in the pouring rain! Nothing was too much trouble, and the result was fantastic. Ian is an absolute legend - reliable, hardworking and always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend! ~ Teresa G

We have used this business a few times before. We don't even bother now to get 2 or 3 quotes . We have had some bad experience with other window cleaners before we started using this company and they are the first people we call now. The owner (Ian) knows his business and has a great crew who do a great job. The first time we used this company we had the Windows booked in to be cleaned for a certain day which turned out to be raining and storms expected . I still had them cleaned and the rain turned up a day later. Made no difference .the Windows remained clean for months on. So if your thinking of getting your windows done..and rain is expected..doesn't matter. They will still be clean & clear afterwards. I don't bother normally writing a review.. But this company desire a thumbs up. And yes.. We now get our carpets cleaned by them now as well. ~ Linda K

The carpet cleaning service is excellent. The first time, I found it very satisfying to watch the black water come out of the pipes, noting the quality and cleanliness, and the second time, one year later, I was satisfied to see the water was pretty much clear, meaning they stayed cleaned underneath everyday dirt, dust and pet hair. The carpets come up smelling nice and dry within 3-4 hours, much better than someone else we went with a couple of years ago that left soggy carpets that didn't dry for a few days and clearly didnt have the expertise or quality commercial equipment that Crystal Clear does. ~ Claudia R

Crystal Clear by name and by result- the finish on windows and doors is amazing! Have you ever looked out your windows and glass doors and couldn’t see the glass because they are so crystal clear - that’s the result I got. The tracks and frames are also spotless. The team were pilot and respectful, they moved everything and put it back perfectly. I would highly recommend Ian and his team at Crystal Clear 💯. They are a long time local business who are definitely professionals in their industry. Thank you for a fantastic job. ~ Irene H

We’ve been using this company for over a decade, and they consistently do an amazing job at very reasonable prices. Ian and Mark are always friendly, reliable and professional. I wouldn’t use anyone else for our window cleaning, carpet cleaning or exterior house cleaning. The quality of their work is consistently excellent, and after more than 10 years, we’re still extremely happy customers. They deserve 10 stars in my book! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ~ Lisa G

Desperately needed my new windows cleaned after our renovation, glass louvered windows look great but a pain to clean. So I called Crystal Ckear for a quote. They were our and quoting the next day and the price was so great I said let’s book it in! Windows were cleaned in and out, upstairs and downstairs- didn’t miss any and they look like brand new even the old windows ! It is my pleasure to provide a recommendation and we are now on the ‘regular’ list so we will get a wash each year 👍 ~ Van V

Very professional and friendly men who cleaned the exterior of our house, and the interior and exterior windows. The windows are sparkling and the house looks like new. The two men were focused and quick and completed the job in 3 hours. We are very happy with their work and will certainly have them back again to keep the house in top condition. Highly recommended. ~ Dorothy A

Thanks to Ian for coming along and giving us a quote so promptly. Today Connor arrived to clean our windows and also our screened pergola. We are very happy with the outcome. To be able to look out of every window and to see so clearly is fabulous and the pergola has never looked better. Special thanks to Connor for all his hard work and for leaving us very happy customers! ~ May A

Mark did an amazing job this morning on our second storey windows. We have been trying to do them ourselves for ages and it’s way too hard and dangerous. Crystal Clear came with the right equipment and sorted out everything including the tracks and screens. Now they’re sparkling! ~ Tanya F

The team was on time and the work was done exactly as I requested. There was no way I could get the windows as clean as what they did and I appreciated that they took their shoes off when they came inside to wash the inside of the windows. Will use them again for sure. ~ Danielle M
